True Site Electrical Staff Are Fully-Vaccinated And Taking Measures To Address The Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic
In response to the on-going COVID-19 outbreak, we have implemented new hygiene guidelines to ensure the health of our customers and staff. The following procedures will be observed by True Site Electrical for the foreseeable future:
Thorough & Regular Handwashing
All staff are trained in correct hand washing techniques and use hand sanitiser, soap and gloves.
Keeping a Respectful Distance Whilst Working
We have reviewed our procedures and applied social distancing principles to ensure we keep at least 1.5 metres away when working.
Practising Correct Respiratory Hygiene
All of our staff have been trained in the recommended procedures if they need to cough or sneeze.
Rescheduling Work If Customers Exhibit Flu-Like Symptoms
If you’re experiencing any symptoms, we will reschedule your appointment to a time when you’re feeling better.
Isolating Our Staff
We will ask our staff to self-isolate if they have any undiagnosed cold or flu-like symptoms or if they have returned from overseas travel to high risk countries.
Temporarily Retiring the Time-Honoured Handshake
Due to the high-risk of COVID-19 being spread through hand-to-hand contact, we have said goodbye to the old handshake for the time being.
